Hanne Lillee was born in Norway in 1988, and is now based in Glasgow. She holds a MFA in Fine Art from Goldsmiths University of London. Her work involves the processes of sculpture making, printmaking and photography, whereby the boundaries between these mediums become blurred. She explores the complexities of the living and the organic, as she looks at themes of putrefaction and procreation, and the repetitive force that turns damage and decay into rebirth and regrowth.
